COMMUNITY AND MODERATION RULES
Last updated: 22 October 2026 · Document: community-2026-10-22-public-total-r10 · Legal release: tmm-de-legal-2026-10-22-pdf-only-separate-leaderboard-rc11
1. Scope
These rules apply to profile names, display names, bios, leaderboard aliases, reports, appeals and any other information supplied by users. External profile links, public profiles and a public Trophy gallery are not offered. After the separate voluntary leaderboard agreement, the alias, rank and system-calculated confirmed purchase-price total appear.
2. Permitted content
Permitted content includes international display names with a unique profile name and a short factual bio, provided all required rights are held and nobody is deceived or endangered.
3. Prohibited content
Prohibited content includes impersonation; hate, extremist support, harassment, threats or sexual exploitation; unlawful content; infringement of personality, copyright, trade-mark or privacy rights; fraud, phishing, malware, manipulated or internal destinations; doxxing, other people's personal data, spam and attempts to evade checks.
4. Review tools
Submissions are checked using fixed server-side rules and, where configured, additional automated text moderation. Automated systems can make mistakes. Final administrative decisions can be reviewed by a human and appealed.
5. Measures
Depending on severity and context, a submission may be rejected for correction, a bio blocked from personalisation, or an account suspended temporarily or permanently. Severe or repeated breaches may result in stricter measures. Measures are applied objectively, diligently and proportionately.
6. Leaderboard and additional moderation
Display name and bio remain non-public. Only an approved alias may appear with rank and confirmed purchase-price total on the leaderboard after the separate leaderboard agreement. The amount is calculated by the system exclusively from effective payments less refunds and cannot be edited as user content. While required moderation is pending, failed or unsuccessful, personalisation and leaderboard participation are not approved. Public profile addresses and external profile links are not offered.
7. Notices concerning unlawful content
Every publicly displayed leaderboard alias has an electronic reporting route directly on its ranking row. The form enables submission of the exact location, a specific explanation, the reporter's name and email for follow-up, and a good-faith declaration. Missing information alone does not cause rejection; incomplete notices are accepted and reviewed using the information available. Where contact details are available, receipt is confirmed with a reference and the decision is communicated. The case is handled through a documented workflow and an affected user receives specific reasons for a restriction. The reporting route is not a substitute for calling 110 or 112 in an immediate emergency.
8. Statements of reasons
If content is removed or restricted or an account is suspended, the affected user receives a clear and specific explanation. It states the type and scope of the measure, its duration and territorial scope where applicable, the essential facts, whether a notice or an own-initiative review triggered the decision, the specific legal or contractual ground relied upon, any use of automated means, and available remedies unless a statutory exception applies.
9. Appeal
Affected signed-in users can challenge a profile decision with reasons through the provided appeal route. The human operator reviews the case independently of the preceding automated detection. The outcome is communicated and recorded in an append-only audit trail. The right to seek judicial redress remains unaffected.
10. Abuse and emergencies
Manifestly abusive reports, attempts to evade controls and repeated severe breaches may be restricted. Notices indicating a planned, ongoing or already committed criminal offence involving life or safety are escalated with priority to the human operator. Where there is concrete suspicion, the operator preserves the necessary minimum information and informs the competent law-enforcement or judicial authority without undue delay. For an immediate emergency in Germany, call 110 or 112; the reporting route is not a substitute for an emergency call.
11. Contact and changes
Human contact is available at support@too-much-money.com. Material changes to these rules are published under a new version and communicated to affected users where required.
