WITHDRAWAL INFORMATION
Last updated: 22 October 2026 · Document: withdrawal-2026-10-22-pdf-only-r9 · Legal release: tmm-de-legal-2026-10-22-pdf-only-separate-leaderboard-rc11
1. Classification of the digital content
The paid purchase comprises exclusively a personalised trophy as digital content within section 327(2), first sentence, of the German Civil Code and not on a tangible medium. The Trophy is generated for this payment and supplied exclusively as a PDF. The free leaderboard is activated only after purchase through a separate agreement in the account and is neither part of nor consideration for the Trophy contract. Consent to immediate supply and the intended loss of the withdrawal right therefore relate exclusively to the immediately supplied PDF Trophy. This operator assessment does not replace a binding court or authority decision.
2. Statutory right of withdrawal
Consumers have fourteen days to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons. The withdrawal period begins on conclusion of the contract. Dispatch of the withdrawal statement before the deadline is sufficient.
3. Exercising the right
An unambiguous statement must be sent to David Sewer, Baben Brandheid 60, 21147 Hamburg, Deutschland, support@too-much-money.com, +4915567245530. The electronic "Withdraw a contract" function, kept prominently accessible at /vertrag-widerrufen, may also be used. Dispatch before the deadline is sufficient.
4. Statutory model withdrawal form
(Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.)
To David Sewer, Baben Brandheid 60, 21147 Hamburg, Deutschland, support@too-much-money.com:
I/We (*) hereby give notice that I/We (*) withdraw from my/our (*) contract for the sale of the following goods (*)/the supply of the following service (*):
Ordered on (*)/received on (*):
Name of consumer(s):
Address of consumer(s):
Signature of consumer(s) (only if this form is notified on paper):
Date:
(*) Delete as appropriate.
5. Electronic withdrawal function
The function requests the name, contract identification and electronic communication method for the receipt confirmation. A clearly labelled confirmation step precedes submission. Receipt is confirmed immediately on a durable medium with the statement content and date and time.
6. Consent, confirmation and expiry
Before purchase, the consumer separately gives express consent to supply beginning before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledges the resulting loss of the right of withdrawal; neither box is pre-ticked. The contract confirmation reproducing the contract content and recording both declarations is first supplied as the complete email content and a text attachment on a durable medium. Only after technical delivery confirmation may the system generate and make the trophy artifacts available. For a paid contract, the right expires when supply begins only if every statutory condition is demonstrably met. Payment, mere dispatch acceptance, merely dispatching an email, or a pre-ticked or ambiguous checkbox is insufficient.
7. Effects
Where the right for the PDF Trophy contract continues and is validly exercised, all payments received for that contract are refunded without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt of the withdrawal statement, using the original payment method unless lawfully agreed otherwise. The provider does not owe more than the amount actually paid and does not pass operator or Stripe fees on to the consumer. Repeat library access for the affected Trophy ends to the extent covered by the effective withdrawal. The separate leaderboard automatically recalculates the displayed total and rank using only payments that remain effective; the entry is removed if eligibility ends. A file already saved locally cannot technically be recalled; statutory restrictions on further use remain unaffected. The required non-public contract record is retained for the statutory period and marked withdrawn or refunded.
8. Other rights
Rights concerning minority, unauthorised payment, deception, defects, failure to supply, privacy or a successful payment dispute remain unaffected.
